金継ぎの指輪

「金継ぎ」を用いた、２つの分割されたリングを繋げることで作られる新しい指輪です。パートナー同士が素材を選び、つなぎ合わせることで作られます。金継ぎは陶器を金で修復する技術ですが、この指輪では、二つの異なる素材を金でつなぎ合わせることで、今までと異なる可能性を提示ます。

This is a new ring, created by connecting two separated rings using the technique of “Kintsugi”. Partners select the material and make it by joining them together. Kintsugi is a technique of repairing pottery with gold, but in this ring, by connecting two different materials with gold, it presents possibilities distinct from before.
